Kindly ensure that you have the following documents with you at the time of registering online, as this needs to be uploaded with the registration form:
  1. 1. Digital Photographs of the child, father and mother (In .Jpg format) not more than 3 months old. The size of the image should be
    less than 80kb and width and height should be 160px x 160px.
  2. 2. Valid personal email ids of father and mother for communication.
  3. 3. Self Attested photocopies of supporting documents to be uploaded with the form or digital copy (jpg/pdf - less than 300 kb) to be uploaded:
           (a). Birth Certificate of the Child issued by MCD or competent authority to be mandatorily uploaded.
           (b). Residence proof (any one of the following). (To be mandatorily uploaded)
               • MTNL Telephone Bill/Water Bill/Electricity Bill in the name of any of the parents.
               • Aadhar Card/UID card issued in the name of any of the parents.
               • Passport issued in the name of parents or child.
              • Domicile certificate of child or of his/her parents.
              • Voter I card(EPIC)of the parents.
           (d). Sibling (Report Card and latest Fee Receipt of the sibling) (To be uploaded, if applicable)
           (e). School Alumni (Class XII School Leaving Certificate/Marksheet of Salwan Public School, Mayur Vihar) (To be uploaded, if applicable)
           (f). Documents to substantiate parameters of Serial number 5 & 6 of the registration form.(To be uploaded, if applicable)
           (g). You are required to submit original 'FIRST BORN CHILD' self attested Affidavit on Non Judicial Stamp Paper of Rs. 10 (To be uploaded, if applicable)

Important information regarding admission
  1. 1. The child should be born between 01st April 2018 to 31st March 2019.

  2. 2. After filling the form online and uploading jpg/pdf of required documents, online registration fee to be paid. The payment details will be received by you on your mobile.

  3. 3. Original documents are to be produced at the time of verification . The date and time of verification will be intimated by email from school. Kindly show the online payment's transaction ID received by you in SMS, failing which the form will not be accepted.

  4. 4. The particulars of the child to be filled correctly and D.O.B must tally with the one recorded in the Date of Birth certificate. No change whatsoever will be made after the admission.

  5. 5. Submission of form does not mean guarantee admission. Final decision lies with management unequivocally.

  6. 6. Incomplete, incorrect or registration forms without payment will automatically stand cancelled.

  7. 7. The spelling of Father's name, Mother's name and Child's name should match with the documents submitted for registration. No change, whatsoever, shall be entertained in future.

  8. 8. The school does not accept any donation for admissions. Parents should beware of third parties making false claims of procuring admission and collecting money on behalf of the school. If they enter into any transaction with such parties, they will be doing so at their own risk and the school shall not be responsible for it. The school will appreciate to know if there is any such person so that proper legal action can be taken against them.

  9. 9. Parents are requested to inform the school office if there is any change in the email id, mobile numbers, address or any other relevant information at the earliest as this will help the school for future communication.

  10. 10. If your registration form is successfully uploaded, the computerized system will generate a registration receipt with the registration number which you must use in all future correspondence, including online registration fee payment( ₹ 25/-).

  11. 11. List of shortlisted candidates will be displayed on the school’s website on 04 February 2022, Friday .

  42. 14. Note: In case the number of applicants with the same criteria exceeds the number of seats available, a limited lottery will be held and the admission shall be granted subject to verification of documents of applicants.

  43. 15. Parents who have more than two children, need not apply, as the school adheres to two children norm.
